Keith Harrell Lopez
Regional Sales Manager
American Airlines, Inc.
Keith Harrell, American Airlines Regional Sales Manager for 32 years, is an experienced executive in the airline industry. Harrell is responsible for all of American’s sales and marketing efforts in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. He has held this position since 1990. Previously, he was the airline’s Sales Manager for Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands for five years.
Prior to that, he was a Sales Representative, Ramp Services Supervisor, and Supervisor of Passenger Sales and Special Services Manager in San Juan, where he began his career in 1971 as a Ticket Agent. Before joining American, Harrell worked at Eastern Airlines. He began his career in aviation after returning to Puerto Rico following three tours of duty with the United States Navy in Vietnam.
Keith Harrell, whose mother is from Arroyo and grew up in Puerto Rico, attended the University of Puerto Rico. He has distinguished himself with his outstanding support of multiple Puerto Rican and community-based organizations, and his philanthropic qualities. From his position at American Airlines, Keith has made it possible for many Puerto Rican families to bring relatives to Florida for dire medical treatment and have them return to our loved island.
Mr. Harrell is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Puerto Ricans in Florida. This organization has also made charitable donations to institutions such as Open Door Health Center. He is an active member of The Puerto Rican Professional Association of South Florida (PROFESA) and has supported our organization by making American Airlines one of our Platinum Strategic Partners and by actively participating in many of our activities.
He and his wife, Sonia, reside in Miami.

Silka Gonzalez
President and Founder
Enterprise Risk Management
Ms. Silka Gonzalez, who was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, is President and founder of Enterprise Risk Management.
Ms. Gonzalez founded Enterprise Risk Management to provide high caliber and
cost-effective information systems risk management services to a wide variety of
local, national, and global organizations.
Ms. Gonzalez has over 20 years of experience in IT security and IT auditing.
Prior to founding Enterprise Risk Management, Ms. Gonzalez provided
consulting services with Price Waterhouse, where she was a Manager of IT and
Business Services. In addition, Ms. Gonzalez managed information systems
audit and security functions at large corporations. Ms. Gonzalez was Manager
of Information Systems Auditing for Diageo PLC, and she was Manager of
Information Systems Security for American Bankers Insurance Group, which is
now known as Assurant Solutions.
Ms. Gonzalez holds Bachelor’s Degrees in both Computer Information Systems
and Accounting from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also holds a
Masters Degree in Accounting Information Systems from Florida International
University in Miami, Florida.
Ms. Gonzalez holds numerous professional certifications. She is Certified Public
Accountant (CPA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), a Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Information Technology
Professional (CITP).
Ms. Gonzalez currently serves on the Board of the Miami chapter of ISACA
(Information Systems Audit and Control Association). She is also a past
President of the Miami chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Ms. Gonzalez regularly makes presentations at professional association
conferences and at local universities. Ms. Gonzalez also publishes articles on
current issues in IT security and IT auditing.
Enterprise Risk Management Corporation was voted as 2006's Best Boutique Risk Management firm in a survey conducted by the South Florida CEO Magazine.
